39th Colombo Scout Troop was on an educational visit to Port of Colombo today, on 4th of May 2024. The visit was coordinated by Mr. Vivek, one of the Assistant Scout Leader’s parent: Mr. Subendran.
The Scouts learnt about the Plimsoll lines of ships, actions of a tugboat, the piers and the functionality.
Scouts then visited the Ports Authority Maritime Museum and the Naval Temple.
