The PLC along with the Scout Leader of 39th Colombo Scout Troop paid respect to the Scout monument on BP’s day in the morning as a part of the Troop’s annual program and Scouts had the privilege of attending all the official ceremonial activities conducted by the Sri Lanka Scout Association. Deputy Mayor of Colombo Municipal Council graced the occasion.
