39th Colombo became Runner-up at the Mayor’s Flag competition!!! This prestigious competition is held to determine the very best Troops in Colombo – 39th Colombo were winners in 1992 and 1994, and runners- up in 1991 and 1993. Congratulations to the team that made history this year in the face of tremendous challenges!
